The Certified Organic Associations of BC (COABC) adopted the Canada Organic Standard as the standard for the BC Certified Organic Program and as of June 30, 2009 when the Canadian Standards and Regulations were implemented nationally.
It is a requirement to obtain a copy of the current Canadian Standards to gain an understanding of the Canadian Organic Regime before you apply.
